Shepherd’s Basket : a manchego style sheep’s milk cheese, rubbed in olive oil, aged a minimum of 5 months.

Califon Tomme : a semi-hard, creamy + tangy gouda style cow’s milk cheese, aged 3-6 months.

Verigoat : a semi-hard, creamy goat’s milk cheese with flowery aromas.

Accoutrements- dried apricots, black mission figs, fresh fruit, pistachios, Catskill Provision’s raw wildflower honey + a fresh garnish.

“A little about us: We are twin sisters, both teachers. For years, we were the designated cheeseboard curators for family events. We received really good feedback about our board styling and began to wonder if we could make a business out of it. Being teachers, we are use to a rigid, structured schedule, so this business venture provided us with the creative outlet that we were craving. We started researching to see if there were local businesses with the same concept. We found many on the West Coast, and even more in Australia, but didn't really find any local businesses whose primary focus was on cheese + charcuterie. So, Farm to Board was born :) We love knowing where our food comes from and aim to focus on using all local ingredients. We are 100% domestic, often sourcing solely from NJ. We are seasonally inspired, so accoutrements and sometimes the cheese will change entirely. This allows us to give a fresh take on our products from season to season, week to week.”
