“My tamales are made with Mexican corn masa and are made with 2 different fillings. One filling includes stewed jalepenos & cheese and second filling includes a medley of veggies. They are wrapped in corn husks and put to steam cook for an hour. In Mexico, tamales are typically the quick but savory on the go breakfast option. My family and I make tamales once a year as a way of coming together to spend quality time. That is where my inspiration behind curating experiences for others stems from and what I love about cooking most of all.  Rest assured, every morsel of our tamales are infused with love and positive energy, making them extra special and leaving  you yearning for more.

You can enjoy these tamales at your leisure, reheat over the stovetop for 15 min or microwave for 1-2 min.”

If kept refrigerated consume within 3 days of thawing out tamales. If frozen, shelf life is about 3 months.
